As such, I'm being all obsessive compulsive and setting myself a 250+ words per day so that I don't fall into the trap of panic attacks and anxiety like I have in the past.
Today is day 1, and so far I've written 415 words. I'll try to stop procrastinating and get up to 500 before I have to go and move my car.
Hopefully by posting this I'll have to keep to it, right?

I've been tired and doing too much work and not enough sleep, but all in all it's been a good week. Good company, good food and decent wine. Unfortunately that isn't all that is needed to get by. I feel like awkward turtle.
Meh.
I got hoTTT new heels though! Now I just need an excuse to wear them for they are stupidly high.

Also, last night mum and I realised that the candles we used on my brother's ninth birthday cake were the same ones we used on my ninth birthday cake. Which means that not only have we had them for nearly 11 years, but they have moved house with us at least 3 times. We obviously don't use candles very often...

Also, have got nothing done today. Least productive study day ever. And that's saying something. And I'm taking a week off work before I start yelling back. Stupid distractions. Stupid brain, with its amazing ability to infer distraction from the least diverting things. I watched Doomsday for the first time since it aired on telly as well, which has put me in an odd mood.

I'd better bugger off to uni now though so I can print them out and hand them in...
Only one left now, due Friday.

Tomorrow, I think, will involve a journey to the East Tower of John Medley to appropriate essay cover sheets.
Now, do I write on Oliver Twist (cop out) or Balzac's Old Goriot? I have a feeling I'll do the former...
I hope this post has given all my fellow procrastinators something to do!

And other codswallop. It has been an age since I’ve read my flist, and even longer since I’ve updated. I have decided that this needed to be rectified, and also there is the fact that the attempts by Revolutionary governments to change family values between 1789 and 1799 fails to grab my attention. Surprise surprise!
The past week has been rather blah, as I got quite sick and had to spend the weekend at home in bed. The antibiotics have kicked in now though so all is well.
My stress levels have increased quite a bit as I’ve realised that I’ve not done any work on assessment stuff lately so the essays and research will keep me busy for a while now. Eep! Though my level of stress has alleviated a little with the 5 minute poem I cobbled together from the ether for creative writing. I’ll put my creative writing pieces in under a cut if anyone’d like to con crit them at all—even though I’m not sure I’ll change them much—they’re due tomorrow. Beware … they’re strangely nostalgic in tone.
Oh,
how_common &
chifley, are we meeting up before Rageboy, and if so, when/where etc.?
Not much else to add. Hope you’re all well.

Thursday: Phone line, and thus internet, dies.
Friday: Caught up with Nudge and made cookies.
Saturday:
laylika's birthday party. Was much fun, with some people at the park thinking we were either rehearsing a play or doing experimental art. Much black books. CAMEL!
Sunday: Tired.
Monday: Went to Sas's place, cooked a roast, drank a bottle of wine and painted our fingernails whilst watching supernatural.
Today: Went chocolating and window shopping with the aforementioned Sas and
legiolinde (who is awesome and thankyou for the chocolate!!!!). Was fun. Banged my head on the wall really hard, which was stupid. Sat in the kitchen with an icepack on my head and packed dog food up. Very mundane.
Now: Timewasting and then sleep.

I have not been allowing myself to get on the net whilst doing the bitch of an essay, and since all it needs now is editing/fixing up here I am! (am also currently ignoring the next two due by thursday and friday respectively).
By the look of things last night was fun. *pouts*. Damn my stupid procrastination that led to me needing to cancel anything non-essay related for the weekend! (own fault).
Well, today I have done essay writing and thus my life is boring and I have nothing interesting to say.
And I'm done.

Hello there.
First of all a thanks to Sam and Carey for their party (and that tasty tasty cake). And to Kara for the large amounts of driving, and also the place to stay. And to her dad for tasty tasty bacon & eggs.
Now is time for the obligitory OMG FANGIRL! rant that everyone has after they see V for Vendetta. OMG! FANGIRL! Wh00t! Squee!!!! V! eVie! etc etc etc..... Twas the awesome!
Also, yay for gloves (despite the fact that they make my typing ever so much slower) and blankie and ugg boots in the (V!) cold weather that is my room. I could do with a hot chocolate, though that would involve getting up. Maybe later...
